Usage policy: 1 report means 1 uploaded PDF file. Each uploaded file can contain up to 10 pages. If your document is longer, please split it before upload or contact us for custom processing.

Want your own PDF report format to convert correctly every time?

Our platform works best with supported PDF report templates. If your report format is different, we can tune the system specifically for your document layout.

• Match your PDF fields to the exact Excel columns you need
• Reduce manual checking and copy-paste work
• Improve consistency for repeated lab / QA reports
• Suitable for lab reports, water analysis reports, calibration certificates, invoices, purchase orders and QA documents

One-time setup fee starts from 5,000 THB per template.
After setup, continue using the system with a monthly plan.

Send us 2–3 sample PDF reports and your desired Excel output format. We will review whether your report matches an existing supported format or requires a custom template setup.

Once approved, your team can continue using the same template through a monthly subscription plan.
